In the unlikely event that we are able to provide you with the goods you have ordered. You will be contacted as soon as possible and offered a choice of substitute goods or equivalent value or a complete refund of the amount you have paid.

Lace systems/ Toupee hair replacement units

Our objective is a commitment to quality and excellence bringing you the best in lace wigs, toupee and hair replacement systems. If your lace system or hair replacement is faulty or damaged, we will give you a choice of replacement or 100% refund and we will cover the cost.

Cancellations; no cancellations or refunds excepted on wigs ordered after 72 hours. All cancellations must be in writing and emailed to: elite9hair@gmail.com

 

Conditions

1. You need to inform us of any problems within 24 hours of receiving the item.

2. You need to contact us by phone or email and explain the fault or the problem before returning the item.

3. Your item must be returned within five days of purchasing or fitting

 

Returns

Return packages must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice and must be returned in original condition. Products must be in the original packaging with all netting and tags in place. We would not accept merchandise that has been worn, washed or altered or transformed in any way. All merchandise not meeting the above criteria will be refused a refund or replacement.

 

Customized lace systems and toupee refunds

Due to the nature of customise lace systems/ lace wigs/toupees, once the order has been dispatched we cannot give a refund. Your customised lace systems lace wigs/ toupees and hair replacement units are made uniquely to fit you the client.

No cancellations or refunds accepted on customised lace systems, lace wigs, toupees and hair replacement units after 48 hours of fitting, unless the unit itself is damaged or faulty.

 

 

Ecommerce

These terms and conditions will be deemed to have been accepted by you when you accept them from the date of any deliver of the goods and will constitute the entire agreement between Elite 9 Hair Clinic, Unit 6, Union road, Nottingham City Centre, NG3 1FG and you.

 

Goods

The description of the goods is set out in our sales documentation, unless expressly changed in our quotation. In accepting the quotation you acknowledge that you have not relied upon any statement, promise or other representations about the goods by us. Descriptions of the goods set out in our sales documentation are intended as a guide only.

Price

If the price of goods to us increases due to any factor beyond our control including, but nor limited to, material costs, labour costs, alteration of exchange rates or duties, or changes to delivery rates, we can increase the price prior to delivery.

Any increase in the price under the clause above will only take place after we have told you about it.

You may be entitled to discounts, any and all discounts will be at our discretion.

The price is exclusive of fees for packaging and transportation/delivery.
The price is inclusive of any applicable VAT and other taxes or levies which are imposed or charged by any competent authority.

 

Cancellation and alterations

You can not cancel an order that has been placed after accepting these terms and conditions and once a payment has been made. If you wish to cancel after accepting these terms and conditions you may return your order within 14 days of receiving your purchase ( see return policy below ).

 

Returns policy

We will accept returns of unwanted goods purchased via our website or via mail order under the following conditions:
If you receive your order and you are not happy with your purchase you must tell us within 14 days of the invoice date and then you have 14 days to return the item(s) to us. All goods must be returned in the same condition as supplied with all parts of the returns form completed.
We reserve the right to reject any returned goods or charge an administration fee for any late or damaged returns, incorrectly packaged goods or goods returned in an unsellable condition.
The buyer is responsible for returning any goods back to us including the cost(s) of postage.
Please allow 3-5 working days for your return to be processed and a further 3-5 working days for your refund to be received. During busier times returns may take longer to process.

Free delivery on orders over £70 with signed for tracked 1st class delivery

We do not accept liability for any delay in the delivery. Please note that in some circumstances the delivery surcharge may need to be increased for large and/or bulky items either inside or outside of the United Kingdom.
Although we can pass delivery instructions from the customer to the nominated courier, we will not be held responsible if these are not met.

Where a customer’s delivery instruction is to leave a parcel in a nominated location or ‘safe place’, neither us nor the courier will be held responsible for the parcel or its contents after the parcel has been left as request.
